Overview

A fashion brand sitting on an organic goldmine they could not reach.

StyleHaus came to us with 4,000 monthly organic visitors, a content blog with no strategy behind it, and a product catalog that Google could barely crawl. They were running paid ads to cover the gap, spending $18,000 per month just to stay visible. The opportunity was obvious. Fashion and apparel is one of the highest-volume organic search categories online. StyleHaus had a strong brand, good products, and genuine customer reviews. What they were missing was technical SEO foundation and content that matched buying intent at every stage of the funnel.

The Challenge

Technical debt, thin content, and zero keyword strategy.

Crawlability Issues

Faceted navigation was generating thousands of duplicate URLs. Google was wasting crawl budget on paginated filter pages instead of product and category pages that actually mattered.

Thin Content Across Catalog

Product descriptions averaged 40 words. Category pages had no editorial content. The site gave Google nothing to evaluate for relevance beyond product title and price.

No Content Strategy

The blog was publishing 2-3 posts per month on topics chosen by feel, not data. No keyword targeting, no internal linking, no connection between blog content and product pages.

Weak Backlink Profile

Domain rating of 18. Competitors in the same category were at 45-70. Without authority, even well-optimized pages could not compete for commercial keywords.

Slow Core Web Vitals

LCP of 5.8 seconds on mobile. Multiple render-blocking scripts. Product images were uncompressed. The site was penalizing itself on the signals Google uses to evaluate page experience.

Zero Structured Data

No schema markup on product pages, reviews, or breadcrumbs. The site was invisible to rich result features that drive higher click-through rates from the same ranking position.

Our Approach

Fix the foundation first. Then scale what works.

01

Month 1

Technical SEO Overhaul

We fixed crawlability by implementing canonical tags across all faceted navigation URLs, removing 3,200 duplicate pages from the index, and rebuilding the XML sitemap. We compressed all product images, eliminated render-blocking scripts, and brought LCP from 5.8s to 1.9s. Added Product, BreadcrumbList, and Review schema across all 840 product pages.

02

Month 1-2

Keyword Mapping and Architecture

We mapped 1,400 keywords to 280 specific pages, identifying which category pages needed new content, which product pages needed optimization, and which buyer-intent queries had no existing page at all. We restructured the URL architecture to create clear topical clusters around each product category.

03

Month 2-3

Category Page Optimization

We rewrote 48 category pages with 400-600 words of buying-intent editorial content above the product grid. Each page answered the questions buyers actually have: fit, material, care, size comparison. On-page optimization for primary and secondary keywords across all target pages.

04

Month 2 onward

Content Production

Launched a weekly content program targeting informational and comparison queries that feed into product purchase decisions. Topics driven entirely by keyword data. Every piece linked directly to relevant product and category pages.

05

Month 3 onward

Editorial Link Building

Targeted fashion, lifestyle, and sustainability publishers with original data and style guides. Secured 34 editorial placements in 8 months on sites with DR 40-80. Focused entirely on links pointing to category and product pages, not the homepage.

The Results

Organic search became their largest revenue channel.

FAQ

Questions About Working With Us

Most engagements produce measurable results within 60 to 90 days. The exact timeline depends on the channel: paid search and PPC restructures often show CPL improvement within the first 30 days, while SEO and content programs typically take 3 to 6 months to reach meaningful ranking and traffic gains. Every engagement starts with a clear milestone plan so you know what to expect and when.

The case studies on this page represent real client engagements with documented outcomes. Results vary based on industry, starting point, budget, and how quickly a client can implement recommendations. We only publish case studies where we can stand behind the numbers. During your strategy call, we will give you a realistic projection for your specific situation rather than promising a specific outcome.

Month one is focused entirely on foundation: a full audit of your current marketing performance, competitor analysis, tracking setup, and a documented strategy for the engagement. No campaigns launch until you have approved the strategy. You will leave month one with a clear picture of what is broken, what the opportunity is, and exactly what we plan to do about it.

Every engagement includes monthly reporting tied to business outcomes — leads, revenue, cost per acquisition — not vanity metrics like impressions or clicks. We build a custom dashboard connected to your ad accounts, analytics, and CRM so performance is visible in real time. Monthly reviews include a written summary, results vs targets, and the plan for the next month.

We work on three-month minimum engagements. Marketing programs need time to build, test, and optimize before producing consistent results. Clients who commit to six months or longer consistently see the compounding returns visible in the case studies above. We do not offer one-month sprints because they rarely produce the kind of outcomes we can stand behind.

The best way to find out is a free strategy call. We will review your current marketing, identify the highest-leverage opportunities for your specific business, and give you a clear picture of what a qualified engagement would look like. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you. We only take on clients where we are confident we can deliver a measurable return.
