Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Nextvure.
1. Service Nature
Nextvure provides professional digital, marketing, development, and consulting services that require allocation of time, expertise, and resources.
2. No Refund After Work Begins
Once project work, research, strategy, development, or campaign setup has started, payments made are non-refundable.
3. Retainers
Monthly retainers are non-refundable, as resources and scheduling are reserved exclusively for the client.
4. Deposits & Upfront Payments
Upfront payments secure project scheduling and initiation. Deposits are non-refundable once work is scheduled or started.
5. Client Delays
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by:
- Missing client materials
- Lack of approvals
- Communication delays
- Change of business decision
6. Cancellation
Clients may cancel future services with written notice according to contract terms. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not refund past payments.
7. Exceptional Cases
Any refund consideration remains solely at Nextvure's discretion.
